Our Purpose
LeadersQ helps teams become healthy and high performing.
Our mission is to facilitate organizational culture transformation through group and individual leadership coaching. We offer two unique systems that help organizations and teams move to health and high performance:
- Culture BrandTM: We guide teams and organizations to identify their unique and “napkinable” Culture BrandTM that can be used to guide hiring, correction, coaching, development, and other behavior related conversations.
- EveryLevel OwnershipTM System (ELOS): We help teams develop a system to identify priorities. Out of these priorities, teams can develop ownership and accountability throughout an organization.

Dr. RON DUGGINS
Ron is an Associate Certified Coach through the International Coach Federation. He partners with individuals and organizations to apply a coaching methodology in order to lay the groundwork for successful transitions, amplify personal and professional growth, innovate and create change, gain clarity, or reset success pathways. Ron lives in a multi-generational setting with his wife (a native of Brazil), two teenage daughters, and his in-laws in central Arkansas. They love traveling and exploring the great outdoors and Ron especially seeks to find opportunities to kayak and fish.
JOSH WYMORE, Ph.D.
CATHY LEE, PCC
Cathy has more than 30 years’ experience in corporate and non- profit leadership roles. For much of her career, she led a multi- million-dollar business unit for a global technology leader serving Fortune 500 companies. Today, Cathy serves growth-minded leaders around the world to maximize their influence to develop and lead high performance teams. Cathy is an avid reader and lifelong learner. She loves traveling to new destinations and capturing landscape photography. In addition to living in Europe for several years, she has traveled to more than 20 countries on five continents, including Antarctica.
KEVIN LEE, PCC
Kevin is an overseas born Asian-American, went through education in Taiwan and in the SF bay area in the U.S., and received a bachelor’s and master’s in Engineering. He started his career in the Environmental Engineering Consulting field in Northern California, and later pivoted to pastoral ministry, received a Masters in Theology, and served in non-profit leadership well over a decade. As a certified life coach through the International Coaching Federation (ICF), Kevin is passionate about guiding individuals to reach their set objectives through his personal approach. Kevin lives with his wife and two children, enjoys traveling and sharing his love for food and sports with old & new friends alike.

LISA ADAMS
Lisa’s career started in human resources over 25 years ago. Her career has evolved to include, leadership, strategic client management, marketing, sales, sales operations, retreat facilitation, speaking, client training, and coaching. Throughout her career Lisa has unabashedly brought truth and enthusiasm to her work. She allows space for her clients to explore, and walk through their process of discovery and healing. Her industry experience includes; legal, hospitality, financial services, technology, consulting and ministry / non-profits. Lisa lives in Saratoga Springs, NY, although the ocean is her happy place.
CHRISTY TENNANT KRISPIN, ACC
Christy Tennant Krispin (ACC, International Coaching Federation) excels in fostering effective communication, teamwork, and work-life harmony. With a professional background in the creative arts, corporate, and non-profit sectors, Christy is endlessly curious and loves helping her clients explore what’s possible. In addition to her work as a coach, Christy is pursuing a Masters of Arts in Chaplaincy (Spring ‘25).

Danette models openness and curiosity, creating space for leaders to think and process plans for work and life success. With coaching, one size does NOT fit all, so she holds the mirror for self-understanding and provides perspective for relating to others. In her quest to serve clients better, Danette reads more books than she really has time for and holds the PCC credential with the International Coaching Federation. On most Saturdays, you’ll find her on a hike in the mountains near her home in Virginia.

Dustyn experienced firsthand the power of coaching when he hired a coach to help him, and knew he had to get trained in it so he could help others experience the same kinds of growth. Using coaching skills, Dustyn will help you assess, envision, and move towards a new future. As a PCC certified coach with the International Coaching Federation, he has helped hundreds of clients progress toward their most important goals. When they win, he wins. He’s based in Dublin, Ireland where he spends his non-coaching time with his family, outdoors, or in a coffee shop, looking for that perfect cup.
