Our blended coaching model combines the depth of individual

development with the power of team alignment.

Individual 1:1 Coaching Sessions (Monthly)

Each month, participants meet virtually one-on-one with their leadership coach for a confidential session focused on their individual growth and development.

These sessions provide personalized support, constructive challenge, and clear action steps tailored to each leader’s goals and responsibilities.

Leaders receive practical tools, measurable action plans, and encouragement as they navigate the next stage of their leadership journey.

Each participant also completes a DISC assessment, which provides valuable insight into their communication style, strengths, and growth opportunities.

Group Coaching Sessions (Monthly)

Once a month, the team comes together for a facilitated session led by one of our experienced coaches, virtually.

These sessions are designed to strengthen team dynamics, increase clarity, and translate individual growth into stronger collective performance.

The group environment creates space to address real-time challenges such as communication gaps, role confusion, decision-making friction, accountability issues, and cultural misalignment.

Leaders learn how to engage tension productively rather than avoid it. The monthly cadence ensures consistent alignment while reinforcing insights from individual coaching.

Each session includes structured facilitation, practical tools, guided discussion, and clear action commitments.

The result is a more cohesive, aligned, and accountable leadership team operating with shared language, increased trust, and cultural clarity.
