Your Culture Brand Workshop Includes:
One Day LIVE - 7 hour Workshop
(2 Sessions at 3.5 Hours, with a break in the middle)
A Disc Assessment for each participant


The workshop is geared toward your leadership. We recommend that you bring your top two levels of leadership, but you are are welcome to include other levels. The workshop will use the inputs of the participants to create your unique Culture Brand tool for the entire organization. Consider who your leadership stakeholders are and include them in the process.
The Culture Brand portion of the workshop is typically 3.5 hours. We recommend allowing 1.5 hours per segment with a break in the middle. Many of our clients also opt to have the second half of their day for the EveryLevel Ownership workshop. This segment introduces practical tools that help leaders develop their own ownership in the business and multiply that into other layers of the organization.
Topics include:
-What is a high-performance team, and how do we get there?
-Who am I, and who are you? Individual Personality Profiles and a team personality map to better understand team dynamics.
-Culture Brand tool creation and application
Every idea introduced should be easily implemented by the end of the workshop.
