1:1 Coaching

Our 1:1 coaching is designed for business owners who want to invest deeply in the growth and effectiveness of their top-level leaders. Each leader meets twice monthly with one of our ICF-certified coaches in structured, high-impact sessions focused on clarity, accountability, and measurable progress. This is not casual mentoring or advice-giving — it’s a research-backed process proven to accelerate behavior change, strengthen decision-making, and increase leadership capacity over time.

Through consistent coaching, leaders gain sharper self-awareness, stronger emotional regulation, clearer communication, and the ability to lead culture intentionally rather than reactively. We work on real-time business challenges: navigating conflict, setting standards, driving accountability, managing growth, and aligning teams. The cadence of two sessions per month creates both momentum and space - enough frequency to sustain change, and enough time between sessions to implement and test new behaviors in the real world.

Clients can expect structured goal setting, honest feedback, practical tools, and measurable outcomes. We partner closely with the business owner when appropriate to ensure alignment with company objectives, while maintaining the confidentiality necessary for true growth. In this model, leaders participate in 1:1 coaching while also coming together once a month for a facilitated group session with one of our coaches.
